Lawrence Archer
Lawrence has over twenty-five years’ experience in general practice dealing with a variety of clients. Since he qualified as a chartered accountant in 1992 Lawrence has gained expertise in numerous areas of the accounting spectrum, with specific knowledge in personal and corporate tax planning, management accounts and assisting in business development and growth.
Lawrence divides his spare time between his three children and his sporting interests.
Steven Clark
Educated in North Wales, Steven joined Harold Smith as an accountancy and finance graduate from the University of Wales, Bangor in 2004.
As an accounts and taxation specialist, Steven has a proven track record of supporting start-up businesses to reach their full potential, maximising profits and providing advice and encouragement along the way; whether you are looking towards a regular income, family succession or a long and happy retirement.
Steven is proud of his relationships with North Wales’ retailers, farmers, consultants, contractors and landlords along with the many who require a helping hand with the completion of their personal income tax returns.
Chris Henderson
Chris joined Harold Smith on a training contract in September 2006 after gaining a 2:1 in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in January 2010 and has since gained his audit qualification in September 2013 and his Certificate in Probate and Estate Administration in November 2015. He joined the team in October 2015.
Chris is a senior member of the firms audit department and oversees auto-enrolment for the firm, as well as looking after his own growing portfolio of clients.
In his spare time, Chris plays table tennis in the local league and enjoys spending time with his family and socialising with friends
Nick Hulson
Nick qualified as a chartered accountant in 1989 and entered the partnership in 1992. He has a wide client base with particular emphasis on farming, leisure and building businesses.
Nick has plenty of outside interests and particularly enjoys following his beloved Manchester City
Ian Jones
Ian is a chartered accountant with over twenty-five years’ experience as a general practice partner providing accounting and taxation support and advice to mostly owner managed or family businesses and new business start-ups. Ian’s client base has a strong focus on clients in the holiday industry, in particular holiday parks.
Ian qualified in 1987 as a chartered accountant and in 1990 as a chartered tax advisor. Ian also heads the firm’s audit department.
Rob Miller
Kevin Ringer
Kevin qualified as a chartered accountant in 1990. He has over 30 years of general practice experience concentrating on small family businesses and specialising in the agricultural sector, land and property, taxation and IT.
Kevin is married with three grown-up children and is a keen walker and caravanner.
Simon Murray-Williams
After qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1986, Simon became a partner in 1990. He is a Welsh speaker and divides his work between the firm’s St Asaph and Criccieth offices.
Simon has a wealth of experience across all business sectors, structures and sizes.
